Cardvark PSI is a prepaid debit card program manager and marketing company for commercial prepaid solutions. Founded by President Thomas Pecoraro in 2015, our headquarters are located in Williamsville, New York.

Tom brings over 10 years of experience from the prepaid industry, managing many successful prepaid programs for businesses across the country, including Time Warner Business and Residential, Prudential Real Estate, NewMont Mining, Rectrix Aviation, and the City of Buffalo Public Schools.

Cardvark PSI has been a SmartOne Prepaid marketing partner since 2006. SmartOne is formerly owned and operated by First National Bank of Omaha and was acquired by TSYS in 2012. SmartOne offers exceptional speed to market, as well as a variety of customization capabilities that help companies like yours boost brand recognition. Plus, all of the cards Cardvark PSI offers (including our non-reloadable cards and reloadable cards) are safe if they're lost or stolen, backed by the Visa® and MasterCard® Zero Liability Policies.
